Our Small Groups
Periodically throughout the year, Pastor Mary Beth and Elder George Bradlau facilitate a conversation about a work of literature. In the early summer of 2022, we offered a discussion around Harper Lee’s To Kill a Mockingbird. Beginning on Thursday, October 20, and going for 5 week (every Thursday) until November 17, we will be reading and discussing Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury. The time frame will be from 6:00pm-7:30pm.
All are welcome to join, whether or not you are an official member of the church. Joining this group is a wonderful way to get to know folks in the church in a more intimate setting.
You don’t have to be a literature expert, either! For more information, please email George Bradlau at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Women’s Bible Study
This lively group of women meets the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 11:30 am in the Church Resource Room. They look at stories in scripture using a timely and accessible curriculum published by Presbyterian Women. For more information, please email Lisa at Lisa_a_gray@outlook.com.
Advent Small Group
During the season of Advent (the weeks before Christmas), our church offers a weekly small group experience that includes prayer, time with scripture, and a delve into themes of the season. All are welcome to join, whether or not an official member of the church. Please contact Mary Beth at email@example.com if you’d like to learn more.
